Our well known London Market client is looking to hire a CEO to lead on the next phase of their journey. The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the broker as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. YOU MUST HAVE experience across London/Lloyd’s market Wholesale Insurance from a client facing capacity . They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company and expediting the future growth.

• Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
• Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction
• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

Experience

• London/Lloyd’s Market experience
• Wholesale Insurance – Reinsurance
• Global network of insurance intermediaries
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
