The purpose of this is to drive high-quality client growth by building and converting a strong pipeline of referral relationships.
The role focuses on forming, nurturing, and activating professional introducer partnerships (e. g. solicitors, accountants, and other n networks) that generate consistent, suitable prospect referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise high-potential introducer segments, at a national scale, aligned to client profile.
- Establish and develop trusted ongoing relationships with key professional partners. Position as a premium, client-centric advice provider with strong outcomes and governance.
- Build a structured programme of referral, proactively creating opportunities for referrals through meetings, events, content, and joint initiatives.
Build a steady flow of qualified prospects into regional hubs and advisers.
- Work closely with the Triage team, ensure warm handovers and effective follow-up on referred prospects.
Monitor conversion rates and continuously refine the approach to improve outcomes.
- Communicate a clear, compelling partnership proposition tailored to each introducer audience, based on our Life Landscaping proposition.
Articulate mutual value (client benefit, professional alignment, regulatory confidence).
Build strong relationships with hub businesses to provide technical and advisory support into propositions and activity.
- Track and report on referral volumes, quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution. Maintain a robust pipeline and CRM discipline.
