IDEX is seeking an Internal Business Development Manager to join our M&A division, focused on the UK Wealth Management and IFA landscape.
The main purpose of the role is to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of Wealth and Asset Management firms, positioning IDEX as a trusted partner for growth and development.
- Generating, developing, nurturing new business leads, and supporting Financial Services organisations with growth and exit planning.
- Support delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets through consistent business development activity.
- Maintain oversight of prospects and key target accounts, ensuring regular updates are shared with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and progress new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the execution of the Client Solutions strategy, supporting wider business growth initiatives.
Previous experience within the Financial Services sector and/or a Sales / Business Development role is required.
Good understanding of Financial Services operations and market dynamics.
Experience supporting growth initiatives and internal business development strategies.
