Build and Lead the Broking Proposition of a Growing Insurance Business. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious insurance business backed by a major international organisation. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the next phase of growth, developing a modern broking proposition that combines traditional insurance expertise with technology, strategic partnerships and data-led client opportunities. With access to a significant international network and an established client ecosystem, the business is well positioned to build long-term relationships with mid-market and corporate organisations requiring sophisticated insurance solutions.
The Opportunity: As Broking Director, you will lead the development and execution of the broking strategy, taking ownership of the placement of complex commercial insurance programmes while building a high-performing broking function capable of supporting future growth. Working closely with insurers, Lloyd's markets, strategic partners and senior leadership, you will help shape the future direction of the business, identifying new opportunities, strengthening insurer relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a rare opportunity to build something with genuine scale and long-term ambition rather than simply inherit an existing portfolio.
