We have partnered with a large mid corporate broker who are looking for someone to build, hire and lead a new office based in Bristol. With a large footprint already in the UK; they are now looking to expand within the Southwest and want someone who is entrepreneurial, connected, and ambitious; the kind of leader who wants freedom, not red tape.
This will have genuine autonomy to build and lead your own regional business with zero red tape - all within a structure that is patient enough to get the right result, not short term wins alone.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the launch and growth of a brand-new Bristol office.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan focused on sustainable growth and client retention.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a local team of Account Executives and Handlers.
- Drive new business opportunities through existing relationships and strategic networking.
