A leading UK law firm with a strong national footprint is seeking a Pensions Lawyer to join its expanding practice. The firm has enjoyed a record financial year, continues to win industry awards, and is investing heavily in growth across key practice areas, including pensions.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-energy, ambitious team at a pivotal stage, with the chance to help shape the direction of a national pensions offering.
The Opportunity
Due to sustained client demand and a significant pipeline of corporate and trustee work, the firm is looking to appoint an additional lawyer into its pensions team. The role offers exposure to:
- A mix of corporate and trustee advisory work
- High-quality instructions from major corporate clients
- A strong flow of public sector and government pensions matters
- Increasing numbers of incoming pitches and new mandates
You’ll work closely with the practice lead—an ex-City partner who recently joined to drive national expansion—and collaborate seamlessly with teams across the firm’s UK offices.

Who We’re Looking For
The firm will consider applicants at all levels who demonstrate strong pensions experience. Someone ambitious, proactive, and energised by the opportunity to help build a national practice. Ability to work autonomously if based outside the lead partner’s office. Open to both permanent and FTC/contract options.
Location
The role can be based from any of the firm’s UK offices, with hybrid working and strong flexibility.
