A leading chartered broker in Bristol is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of complex commercial clients, many with premiums exceeding £100,000. Clients are primarily from sectors such as Manufacturing, Haulage, Construction, Property, and Retail.
The role involves overseeing the full insurance lifecycle - renewals, midterm adjustments, and servicing - while maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers. The successful candidate will also support the development of junior team members.
- Manage client portfolios and ensure high service standards
- Prepare renewal documentation and present risks to underwriters
- Handle invoicing, policy queries, and contract support
