We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Partner to join a leading national law firm at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a standout opportunity for a senior litigator who wants more than just a platform — it’s a chance to build, shape and lead a team, drive strategy, and develop a best-in-class real estate disputes practice within a highly respected national firm.
This role is ideal for a partner (or senior legal director/consultant with partner ambitions) who combines technical excellence, commercial acumen, and leadership capability, and who is motivated by growing a practice and mentoring talent.
The Opportunity- You will play a central role in developing and expanding the firm’s real estate litigation offering, with full support to:
- Build and lead a dedicated team
- Develop client relationships and referral networks
- Shape the strategic direction of the practice
- Grow market presence nationally
- Drive business development and profile-building
You and your team will handle a broad, high-quality caseload including:
- Transactional & Development Disputes
- Sale/purchase and joint venture agreement disputes
- Construction of leases
- Service charge disputes
- Construction disputes
- Building Safety Act matters as they develop
- Land & Property Rights
- Rights of way, easements (prescriptive and express)
- Boundary disputes and neighbour disputes
- Restrictive covenants
- Proprietary estoppel
- Adverse possession and trespass
- High-value land acquisition litigation (including strategic infrastructure zones)
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
- Business lease renewals and terminations
