A leading international law firm is seeking a 3–5 PQE banking lawyer to join its well-established fund finance and general banking practice in London.

The role offers exposure to a broad mix of fund finance and leveraged finance work, including:

  • NAV / NEV facilities
  • Subscription line and hybrid facilities
  • General banking and leveraged finance transactions
  • Acting for banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and funds across a range of asset classes

This opportunity would suit a lawyer with solid general banking experience, whether or not their background is exclusively in fund finance. The team is open-minded on background and encourages applications from lawyers looking to develop deeper fund finance expertise alongside wider banking work.
