We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Partner to join a leading national law firm at a pivotal stage of growth. This role is ideal for a partner (or senior legal director/consultant with partner ambitions) who combines technical excellence, commercial acumen, and leadership capability, and who is motivated by growing a practice and mentoring talent.

The Opportunity
  • You will play a central role in developing and expanding the firm’s real estate litigation offering, with full support to:
  • Build and lead a dedicated team
  • Develop client relationships and referral networks
  • Shape the strategic direction of the practice

You and your team will handle a broad, high-quality caseload including:

  • Land & Property Rights
  • Rights of way, easements (prescriptive and express)

  • High-value land acquisition litigation (including strategic infrastructure zones)
  • Commercial Landlord & Tenant
  • Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
