My client is currently looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Financial Planners to help deliver good client outcomes and be the first point of contact with the financial planning team and product providers to deliver a first-class service to clients.
- Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs and manage the Financial Planners' diaries.
- Provide additional support to the Financial Planners by attending client meetings and dealing with any administrative work for clients.
- Support the Financial Planners in submission of cases to the paraplanning team.
Previous experience as an IFA Administrator is required, along with knowledge of Financial Planning products. Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Excellent planning and prioritisation skills are also necessary.
