A highly respected wealth management firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Investment Adviser to support and strengthen its investment offering in Birmingham. This is a senior, visible role where you’ll work closely with financial planners and high-net-worth clients, shaping portfolios, influencing strategy, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the office.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of HNW client portfolios, delivering senior-level investment advice while helping shape the wider investment proposition. You’ll also act as a mentor within the team and a trusted voice for clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and overseeing HNW client investment portfolios aligned to objectives, risk profile, and long-term goals
- Providing strategic, research-driven investment advice and recommendations
- Working closely with financial planners to integrate investment solutions into holistic financial plans
- Leading investment-focused client meetings and clearly presenting complex strategies
- Contributing to business development, client retention, and representing the firm externally
- Mentoring and developing junior members of the investment team
