I’m recruiting for an experienced Associate Financial Adviser to join a growing, client-focused wealth management business in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established client bank, providing high-quality financial planning while building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

The Role

As part of a collaborative advice team, you'll provide holistic, FCA-compliant financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and tax planning.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Providing regulated financial advice via telephone and Microsoft Teams.
  • Conducting comprehensive client reviews and identifying financial planning opportunities.
  • Developing tailored recommendations using the firm's centralised investment proposition.
  • Preparing and presenting personalised financial plans and suitability reports.
  • Building long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
  • Working collaboratively with paraplanners, adviser support and the wider business to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
  • Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  • Demonstrable experience providing regulated financial advice. This can be 1 year plus experience
  • CAS
  • NOT a prerequisite
  • Chartered Financial Planner status or Level 6 qualification.
  • Experience using CRM systems.

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys building trusted client relationships and delivering advice that makes a real difference.

You’ll also have

  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A client-first approach with high ethical standards.
  • The ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute positively to the wider team.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.

Why Join?

  • Competitive basic salary of

£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Established client-focused business with an excellent reputation.
  • Primarily desk-based role with minimal travel.
  • Collaborative environment with dedicated paraplanning and adviser support.
  • Opportunity to build lasting client relationships rather than chase new business.
  • Supportive culture that encourages professional development and career progression.

If you're a relatively newly qualified Financial Adviser looking for a role where you can concentrate on delivering high-quality financial planning while being supported by an experienced team, we'd love to hear from you.
