Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships within the Residential Property Owners sector. Captive Structure Management – Oversee placement within the Captive structure (no technical setup required). Client Engagement – Meet with various levels within the client’s organisation, including monthly visits to the parent company and Property Manager offices. Business Development – Grow the Captive structure and develop new business opportunities within Property Management and other related sectors.
