The role
- You'll work closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, with responsibilities including:
- Managing Adviser workflows, cases and client actions through Intelliflo
- Preparing for client reviews and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting new business and liaising with providers
- Preparing review and client documentation
- Supporting research across pensions, investments and protection
- Assisting with cashflow modelling and financial planning
- Processing pensions, investments, transfers, withdrawals and fund switches
- Liaising with clients, Advisers and providers
- Progressing outstanding actions and ensuring cases are completed efficiently
- Providing general support to Advisers across the client journey
About you
- You'll ideally have:
- Strong hands-on Intelliflo/Intelligent Office experience - essential
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
- Experience supporting Financial Advisers
- Good knowledge of pensions and investments
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
