Paraplanning Team Lead

We are representing a national wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to oversee its paraplanning function across three offices in the South West: Bristol, Cardiff and Truro. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner who has progressed into a mentoring, team leadership or management position and is now looking for the opportunity to take responsibility for a sizeable, geographically dispersed team. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 16 paraplanners with the majority of the team based in Bristol. The Opportunity The Paraplanning Team Leader will take responsibility for the performance, development and day-to-day management of the paraplanning team across Bristol, Cardiff and Truro. A key part of the role will be providing leadership, mentoring and support to the team, ensuring high standards of technical quality, service delivery and operational efficiency are maintained across the three locations. This is not a purely managerial position. The successful candidate must have a strong technical background in paraplanning and be comfortable supporting the team directly when required.
