IDEX Consulting are working with a leading wealth management business who require a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team in Newcastle.

This role gives great exposure, working closely with Financial Planners who have been with the business for a long time and are very well regarded across the business. Typical duties include..
- To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is required
- Preparation of meeting packs and valuations
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, the successful candidate will require recent and relevant experience within a similar function, ideally within a Financial Advisory or Wealth Management business.
Longer-term opportunities for study support and a pathway to progress is provided and fully supported by the leadership team.
