Not only do you enjoy the processing side of a marine technical role, you're ready to step up into a position where you'll be able pass your knowledge on, lead from the front and become a senior within a small, growing technical team.

This is joining one of those Lloyd's Brokers who are highly popular in the market, a great employer and a firm who have built a culture that values team work and effort, but everyone having enjoyment along the way.

As a senior within the team, you will deal with a range of marine classes including marine hull and machinery, P&I, marine liability and some cargo.

You'll be an expert at debiting, crediting, reconciliation, Bureau submissions and associated back-office processes (there is a separate team who focus on the slip production).

The team you'll be the senior of have great potential but are less experienced, which will give you the opportunity to utilize your knowledge and set a great example and put a system in place.

As an integral part of the marine broking team, you'll be offered a salary in the £40,000 - £60,000 range depending upon experience plus comprehensive benefits package.

You'll be able to work from home 2 days a week and 3 in the office (near Leadenhall market).

We are looking to talk to individuals with previous experience in a processing/technical role.

We have a preference for individuals with some exposure to the marine insurance market, although are open on experience.

A lot of "processing" roles in the London market are deemed more of a "job".
