Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer who will perform equipment troubleshooting, field services, and technical support. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, carrying out scheduled maintenance, and providing on-site support to clients. The role requires quick problem resolution, collaboration with teams, and continuous adherence to safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Experience in Field Service operations and delivering on-site services
• Effective Communication abilities to liaise with clients and teammates
• Proficiency in Technical Support, including identifying and resolving technical issues
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of LV/MV equipment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in industrial and safety-critical sectors
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or related fields
