I’m working with a well established, UK wide business looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their digital strategy and performance. This is a genuinely impactful role sitting at the centre of how the business attracts, engages and retains customers online. You’ll be given the autonomy to shape the digital direction, backed by a leadership team that values ideas and delivery over process and red tape.

You’ll take full ownership of digital marketing activity, ensuring everything delivered is aligned to commercial objectives and driving measurable results.

  • Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across key channels (paid media, search, email, website)
  • Manage digital budgets with a clear focus on ROI and performance
  • Oversee website performance, user journeys and conversion optimisation
  • Use data and insight to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, CRM, data, operations) to ensure joined-up activity
  • Track, analyse and report on performance with clear recommendations

Proven experience in a digital marketing role with measurable results. Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, email and website optimisation.
