I’m working with a well-established premium food manufacturer who are looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead the next stage of their commercial growth. The business has a strong reputation in the foodservice sector and already works with major distributors and hospitality groups. The focus now is on expanding distribution, strengthening key partnerships and continuing to grow the premium product range.

This role will take full ownership of sales strategy across the UK foodservice market. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with major distributors, while also working directly with national restaurant chains and hospitality groups. Alongside managing strategic accounts, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers and work closely with the NPD function to ensure new products are aligned with market demand.

The business is looking for someone with strong relationships in the foodservice sector and a proven track record of growing accounts and building long-term partnerships. Industry background could come from food manufacturing, foodservice distribution or commercial buying roles within the sector.
