We're working exclusively with a growing, product-led manufacturing business to recruit a Product Manager for a newly created position. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established product pipeline and become the driving force behind bringing new products to market.
You'll sit at the heart of the business, working across Design, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Customer Service to ensure every project progresses at pace and every launch is delivered successfully. This isn't a technical design or engineering role; it's about ownership, organisation, commercial thinking and execution.
The OpportunityYou'll manage products from initial concept through to successful launch, ensuring projects are well planned, stakeholders remain aligned and timelines are achieved. You'll coordinate multiple product launches throughout the year, keeping communication flowing across departments whilst identifying risks before they become problems. You'll also spend time understanding customers and market trends, helping shape future product opportunities and ensuring every new product has a clear commercial purpose.
