Key Accountabilities

  • Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, and utilities systems for all assets.
  • Provide full operational support during start-ups, shutdowns, size changes, and troubleshooting process issues.
  • Effectively carry out planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance while supporting fault finding and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements, including BRC guidelines.
  • Drive asset performance improvements to maximise value and reduce waste and costs.
  • Take a proactive role in enhancing maintenance processes and adopting emerging technologies and techniques.
  • Record and communicate hazards, risks, and near misses to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate ownership of GMP, HACCP, and food safety processes while striving for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Electrical knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of Lean maintenance and PPMs.
  • Full knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance engineering environment.
