I’m working with a well-established, family-run manufacturer in the roofing and steel reinforcement sector who are looking to appoint a Sales & Operations Manager to support their next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for both driving sales performance and ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. You’ll be working closely with the directors and will play a key part in how the business moves forward.
The role:
- Managing and developing the sales function, driving revenue from both new and existing customers
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Handling quotations and customer orders, ensuring accuracy and turnaround times are met
- Acting as the link between sales and production to improve overall performance
- Managing internal systems and ensuring data is kept up to date
- Supporting compliance with industry accreditations
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
