OTE £35,000 – £45,000 | 31 days holiday | Growing agency
I’m working with a growing agency who are looking to bring in a Digital Advertising Manager to properly own and lead their paid media activity. This isn’t a junior role and it’s not one where you just press buttons on Google Ads. They need someone who understands the full lifecycle: strategy, build, optimise, report and improve.
You’ll be managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. You’ll be expected to think commercially, understand what drives ROI and confidently present results to clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and executing multi-channel paid strategies aligned to business goals
- Managing Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns end to end
- Setting up and managing conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager
- Working with shopping feeds, Merchant Centre and catalogues
- Monitoring performance daily and making smart optimisation decisions
- Producing clear, commercially focused reports
- Staying on top of trends and platform updates
They’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years hands-on paid media experience
- Understands conversion tracking properly
- Is comfortable working with WordPress or WebFlow sites
- Can write strong ad copy and shape creative
- Is analytical and confident pulling insight from data
- Is comfortable presenting to clients
- Can balance long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery
This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of digital advertising in a business that is growing and ambitious. You’ll have autonomy, support and the chance to make a real impact. The package includes a competitive base plus bonus structure, with OTE between £35,000 and £45,000, 31 days holiday including your birthday, and a supportive team environment. If you’re ready to step into a role where you can properly lead paid media rather than just manage it, let’s have a conversation.
