We're supporting a growing business with the appointment of a Customer Excellence Assistant to join a busy customer support team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with a genuine focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.

Process customer orders and amendments accurately.

Manage customer cases through to resolution.

Coordinate deliveries and keep customers updated.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Handle customer complaints professionally and positively.

Monitor ongoing orders and proactively communicate any updates.

Support warranty, aftercare and service enquiries.

Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in a customer service or customer support environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Excellent attention to detail.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
