Are you the type of marketer who enjoys seeing a campaign through from concept to delivery? Do you enjoy working across digital, email, events, content and customer communications whilst having the freedom to take ownership and make things happen?
We're supporting a growing and well-established business with the appointment of a Campaign Manager to join their marketing team. This isn't a role where you'll simply be executing somebody else's ideas. You'll be responsible for planning, delivering and measuring integrated marketing campaigns that directly support business growth, product launches and customer engagement.
We're open to speaking with experienced Campaign Managers, but we'd also be keen to hear from ambitious Marketing Executives or Senior Marketing Executives who are already leading campaigns and are looking for the next step in their career.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery and performance review
- Working across digital, email, website, social media, events and customer communications
- Collaborating with commercial, product and technical teams to develop compelling campaign messaging
- Supporting sales teams with campaign toolkits and marketing collateral
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and making recommendations for future activity
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Playing a key role in driving customer engagement, product awareness and commercial growth
What we're looking for:
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience using CRM, CMS or marketing automation platforms
- A data-driven approach with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness
- Someone who takes ownership, enjoys responsibility and gets things done
