Area Sales Manager – High Value Products

Location: North of England | Salary: Β£50,000 + uncapped bonus (OTE Β£75k) + company car & benefits

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing your territory across the North of England.
  • Building strong, long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conducting product demos, site visits, and attending key industry events.
  • Will be expected to be away from home at least 3 nights per week.
  • Using data, insight, and feedback to shape sales strategy and maximise growth.
  • Representing a brand synonymous with quality, reliability, and style.

What You\’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management β€” ideally in high value UK manufactured products.
  • A relationship-first approach to business development.
  • Confidence in client entertainment, events, and face-to-face engagement.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and self-motivation.
