- Mezzanine floors
- Access / fire escape stairs and walkways

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication & Welding
- Fabricate structural steel components (mezzanines, staircases, platforms, racking, brackets, handrails, etc.) from engineering drawings.
- Perform MIG welding (and other welding processes if required) to a good standard on mild steel sections and plate.
- Mark out, cut, drill, fit and assemble components using appropriate tools and machinery (saws, drills, grinders, punches, etc.).
- Work to specified tolerances and ensure assemblies are square, plumb and dimensionally accurate.
Drawings & Job Control
- Read and interpret fabrication / GA drawings and detail drawings.
- Work with cutting lists, job cards and production plans to complete work on time.
