What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a Technical Manager role (or similar) within food manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of BRCGS, retailer standards, HACCP, and food safety legislation. * Experience leading a technical/QA team in an SME or fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Ability to drive change, implement new processes, and work collaboratively across departments. * Confident communicator with the ability to engage teams and influence senior stakeholders. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for food safety and quality. * Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Why Join? * Opportunity to shape the technical function and make a significant impact. * Work in a growing SME with investment and ambitious expansion plans. * A chance to lead on exciting new projects and NPD launches. * Competitive salary with flexibility on hours for the right candidate.
