Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and complete deliveries are made in accordance with customer schedules.
- Play a key role in achieving departmental KPIs including stock accuracy, on-time delivery and delivery precision.
- Assist with and participate in audits and inventory checks as required.
- Address and implement containment actions for logistics-related issues arising from quality investigations, audits, or customer complaints.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance, particularly for automotive delivery standards.
- Actively contribute to the standardisation of operations by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate independently while offering guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Use systems and Microsoft Office effectively to generate pick sheets, stock check reports and support other administrative tasks.
- Promote and maintain Health & Safety responsibilities, support company targets and ensure compliance in your area.
