We are working with a leading food manufacturing business in Rochdale that is looking to appoint a proactive Site Management Accountant. This is a highly visible role where you will support operational decision‑making, improve cost control, and ensure the accuracy of financial information across the site.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with site leadership and operational teams to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and guidance.
- Developing, maintaining, and reviewing product costing models to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Monitoring and reporting on manufacturing variances, overhead absorption, and stock valuations.
- Providing clear, actionable insights to support efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for the site.
