Identify Talent are supporting a unique manufacturing business as they continue to grow and strengthen their Supply Chain team. We are recruiting a full-time Supply Chain Administrator to join their manufacturing site in Pocklington, near York.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail oriented to step into a supply chain role where they will support master data, bills of materials (BOMs) and export/customs documentation across multiple global sites. In this role you will help ensure product data is accurate and export paperwork is correct, underpinning smooth production, shipments and international trade compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating product master data using the systems, including descriptions, weights, commodity codes and countries of origin
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials based on how products are manufactured
  • Carrying out data housekeeping, including product discontinuations and general data cleansing
  • Preparing and checking export/commercial documentation, including customs and HMRC-related paperwork
  • Using Excel to extract, manipulate and re-upload data between Sage and international sites
  • Helping investigate and resolve data or documentation issues affecting orders or shipments

What we are looking for:

  • Administration experience within a supply chain, logistics or operations environment (or strong general admin experience with exposure to these areas)
  • Confident user of Excel and comfortable working with data and systems; any ERP experience (ideally Sage 200) is an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a methodical, process-driven approach
  • Naturally curious and willing to learn
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
