As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Line Leader to oversee the largest production line on site, ensuring smooth operations and high standards. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Line Leader to take charge of a key production line, leading a team and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. With strong performance, there is the potential to progress into a Production Supervisor role within a year. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate a team to meet production targets efficiently. * Ensure high standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety are maintained. * Monitor and manage line performance, troubleshooting any issues to minimize downtime. * Train and develop team members, driving a culture of continuous improvement. * Work closely with the wider production team to streamline processes and maximize output. * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. What We're Looking For: * Experience in a food manufacturing environment (essential). * Previous experience as a Line Leader or Team Leader. * Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
