HR MANAGER LOCATION: HULL SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 CONTRACT: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT Are you an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being involved across the full people agenda? We are supporting a successful and growing SME in Hull as they recruit an HR Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function and help shape its wider people strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a varied, hands-on role covering everything from employee relations, recruitment and HR administration through to engagement, learning and development, performance management and culture. You will work closely with managers and employees across the business, providing practical advice, ensuring the company remains compliant and helping to create an environment where people can perform, develop and enjoy coming to work. This would suit a confident all-round HR professional who is comfortable operating independently within an SME.
