In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR related matters, supporting employees and managers across the business and ensuring a consistent, people focused approach. This position suits someone with a strong generalist background who enjoys being hands on, organised and proactive. Main Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR, recruitment and onboarding queries.
- Provide accurate, consistent and proactive advice to employees and managers.
- Support managers with investigations, disciplinaries, performance matters and employee relations.
- Manage HR administration including documentation, return to work processes, probation reviews and benefits.
- Coordinate occupational health requirements and maintain accurate HR system data.
- Monitor HR trends and provide insight to support continuous improvement.
- Support engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and internal communications.
