This role is for a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high production demands and the need for rapid response. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations ensuring goods in/out, stock control, and material flow support production and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse activities including; goods in/out, stock movements, picking for manufacturing/packing, and staff management.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to deliver high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and service.
- Work closely with Purchasing to ensure stock availability and OTIF performance, including management of slow-moving stock.
- Collaborate with Operations to support departmental picking, review OTIF reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation, and technology to enhance operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with financial targets, legal requirements, and internal standards.
