In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting employees and managers across the business and ensuring a consistent, people-focused approach. Main Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR, recruitment and onboarding queries.
- Provide accurate, consistent and proactive advice to employees and managers.
- Support managers with investigations, disciplinaries, performance matters and employee relations.
- Manage HR administration including documentation, return-to-work processes, probation reviews and benefits.
