I’m supporting a hugely respected digital consultancy, recognised for delivering innovative, cutting‑edge digital transformation programmes at scale, in their search for a Senior Product Manager. You’ll play a central role across multi‑year, enterprise‑level initiatives, leading product strategy across multiple teams and working with senior stakeholders to deliver services that make a genuine impact. This is not a typical SaaS Product Manager role focused on a single product or feature set. Instead, it’s a broader, consulting-led position with oversight across several product teams within a wider transformation programme, working alongside consultants, analysts, technologists and third-party suppliers to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating a clear product strategy and translating it into an actionable roadmap
  • Providing product oversight and leadership across a large transformation programme with multiple product teams
  • Managing delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches depending on client needs
  • Running delivery ceremonies and keeping teams focused on the highest‑priority issues
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and operational service teams
  • Collaborating with consultants, analysts, technologists and third‑party suppliers to solve user needs
  • Approving user stories, sprint plans and deliverables against a clear definition of done
  • Coaching and mentoring others while championing best‑practice product management

What they’re looking for:

They’re looking for a senior, confident Product Manager who combines strong product leadership with a consulting mindset. Someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, working across multiple teams, and building trusted relationships with clients while keeping a relentless focus on users. You’ll likely be a strong fit if you enjoy:

  • Complex digital transformation work rather than single‑product environments
  • Operating in public sector digital / GDS‑style settings
  • Working in a client‑facing consultancy role
  • Embedding user‑centred thinking into delivery
  • Mentoring others and raising the standard of product practice

Why this role stands out:

This consultancy works with public and private sector organisations to design and deliver inclusive, sustainable digital services. There’s also scope to contribute beyond delivery, supporting tenders, pitches and wider business growth, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants a broader leadership role than a typical in‑house PM position. If you’re a Senior Product Manager with experience in public sector digital, consultancy, GDS‑aligned delivery or large‑scale transformation programmes, please apply to hear more information!
