Most performance marketing roles focus on clicks, traffic and lead volume. This one focuses on pipeline, revenue and growth.

I'm working with a PE-backed SaaS business looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own a key growth engine responsible for generating qualified pipeline, reducing CAC and delivering measurable commercial impact. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll take ownership of performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, CRO, ABM, review platforms and emerging AI search channels. You'll play a key role in bringing capability in-house and shaping how marketing contributes to business growth.

Why this role stands out:

  • Genuine ownership and commercial influence
  • Accountability for pipeline, CAC and revenue, not just lead volume
  • Broad remit across paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, attribution and AI search
  • Opportunity to shape and build a growing function
  • Significant investment and backing behind the business

What you'll own:

  • Paid search, paid social and acquisition performance
  • Review platforms, marketplaces and CPL partnerships
  • Budget allocation, forecasting and optimisation
  • CAC, SQL, conversion and pipeline performance
  • SEO, CRO and website optimisation
  • ABM targeting and retargeting campaigns
  • Testing, attribution and channel performance
  • Emerging AI search opportunities

We're keen to speak with people who have:

  • B2B SaaS performance marketing experience
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and delivering commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of CAC, pipeline generation and ROI
  • Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, SEO and CRO
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams
  • Strong analytical and optimisation skills
  • Experience using AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency

The ideal candidate: You'll think beyond clicks and lead volume, understanding how marketing drives pipeline, revenue and business growth. You'll be commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance, attribution and ROI.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond managing channels and take genuine ownership of a revenue-generating marketing function.
