Most marketers focus on campaigns. This role focuses on the systems, automation and processes that turn those campaigns into pipeline and revenue. I'm working with a growing B2B SaaS business that's investing heavily in marketing, AI and commercial growth. They're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data and automation that sit behind their demand generation and revenue engine.

You'll be responsible for HubSpot, lead lifecycle management, marketing automation, attribution, reporting, AI workflows and ABM operations, ensuring marketing activity is scalable, measurable and commercially effective.
