We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our growing digital client. This role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and keeping systems running smoothly. If you take satisfaction in finding the cause of an issue and improving how things work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The role:
- You will support and maintain a range of internal and customer-facing applications.
- This includes diagnosing issues, monitoring performance, testing new features and ensuring platforms run reliably.
- You will work closely with developers to deploy fixes and updates, document solutions and identify ways to improve tools, processes and automation.
What you will bring:
- We are looking for someone with broad technical skills, ideally with experience in some of the following: Azure, WordPress, Craft CMS, PHP, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL or other databases, GitHub and JIRA.
- You should be methodical, customer-focused and proactive, comfortable working across a range of technologies and collaborating with others to achieve results.

This is a fully remote role, but we are ideally looking for someone based in South Wales or the South West who can occasionally meet with the wider team when needed.
