Role details:
- You’ll take ownership of the overall UX and product design direction, shaping a coherent design language that sits at the heart of the brand.
- A key part of the role is championing best-in-class user experience for our customers, while playing a meaningful role in shaping both the product roadmap and how Product and Growth teams operate together.
- Growth, Retention, and acquisition will be your focus areas.
- You’ll work closely with Product to define and evolve the digital product roadmap, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and embedded into decision-making.
