This is a rare opportunity to step into a Senior Product Designer role within a business whose work genuinely improves health, wellbeing, and quality of life. You’ll take ownership of the overall UX and product design direction, shaping a coherent design language that sits at the heart of the brand. A key part of the role is championing best-in-class user experience for our customers, while playing a meaningful role in shaping both the product roadmap and how Product and Growth teams operate together. You’ll work closely with Product to define and evolve the digital product roadmap, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and embedded into decision-making. Alongside delivery, you’ll play a key role in evolving the design system and design culture, building the right foundations to allow the Product Design function to scale effectively.
Experience working in a customer obsessed, consumer driven brand is a must.
