In practice, it has proven exactly that. The company has grown to UK market leader (No1 in their category) in just a few years. This is a company that combines deep purpose with clear execution, scale, and ambition. The next phase is significant. European expansion is imminent, with the US to follow shortly after.

While growth is accelerating, the business remains at a stage where Product Design can materially shape its future, not just how designs are shaped, but how the mission is delivered at scale.
