Senior Analytics Engineer (DBT) | Permanent | London (1 day a week on-site) 🚀 Series C Scale-up | $50m raise in 2025

My client are a fast-scaling SaaS scale-up (Series C, $50m raised in 2025) that is redefining how global powerhouses operate.

Data/Analytics is the backbone: from APIs and pipelines to governance and observability, their data platform directly powers customer-facing products and AI-driven insights.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the analytics platform end-to-end: set the roadmap for models, metrics and data contracts; choose/evolve tooling and standards.
Build the golden layer: design high-trust dbt marts and a documented semantic layer that powers product features
Ship with reliability: stand up observability (tests, freshness, lineage, cost), enforce SLAs, and keep pipelines fast and resilient..
Be the multiplier: mentor analysts/engineers as the team grows, partner with Product/DS/Eng, and turn business questions into data products that move the needle.
