A fast-growing London-based healthtech startup is hiring an SDR to help scale outbound sales into the clinical trials market.
The Role
- Prospecting and outreach via email, LinkedIn and cold calling
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
- Researching accounts across pharma, CROs, and research organisations
- Qualifying leads
- Managing inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot
- Supporting campaign activity and event follow-up
- Keeping CRM data clean and consistent
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where your input will directly influence how the sales engine is built.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an SDR / BDR
- Some exposure to clinical trials, pharma, CROs, or life sciences
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRM systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in an early-stage, evolving environment
- You don’t need to be a clinical expert - but you do need to be genuinely interested in the clinical trial ecosystem and motivated to learn.
