Program Director

My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a Program Director to assist with critical project work over the coming months. The role will include responsibilities such as overseeing the engagement with key Financial Services accounts and ensuring smooth adoption of technologies on multiple workstreams across multiple customers. Suitable consultants must come from a strong financial services and digital transformation background.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging and working with Senior Stakeholders up to C-Suite level on a global scale.
• Work as the principle point of contact between the consultancy and the customer, also managing 3rd party relationships. This includes establishing clear objectives, adherence to relevant frameworks and developing clear roadmaps.
• Ensure effective adaptation of technology maximizing modern principles such as automation, security and scalability.
• Engaging and managing globally based teams.
• Resource control and risk management.
• Providing leadership development through workshops etc.
• Fostering continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.
