We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS business that has built an AI-native product and is now entering an exciting phase of growth. Having successfully launched to market and gained traction with major enterprise customers, they're looking for a Product Manager to help scale the product, drive adoption and shape the next stage of its evolution. This is a genuine product ownership opportunity.

You'll work closely with founders, customers, engineering and design teams to understand user needs, validate ideas and deliver meaningful product outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and evolving the product roadmap
  • Leading customer discovery and product validation
  • Working directly with customers to understand challenges and opportunities
  • Using AI tools to accelerate prototyping and decision making
  • Partnering closely with engineers and designers
  • Driving product adoption and product-led growth initiatives
  • Helping shape how AI is leveraged across the product experience

What we're looking for:

You'll likely have experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within a B2B SaaS environment and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling business. We're particularly interested in people who:

  • Have launched or scaled software products
  • Enjoy speaking with customers and solving real problems
  • Think commercially as well as technically
  • Embrace AI tools as part of their day-to-day workflow
  • Want more ownership and visibility than they're currently getting

You don't need to be an AI specialist, but you should be comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable or similar, and be excited by how AI is changing product development.

Package:

  • Circa £75,000 salary
  • EMI Share Option Scheme
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Health Cash Plan
  • 5% Employee / 5% Employer Pension
  • 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Birthday Off

Why join?

This is a chance to own a product rather than a feature, work directly with senior leadership, and join a business where your impact will be highly visible. If you're currently working within a larger organisation and want greater ownership, faster decision-making and the opportunity to help shape an AI-enabled product with significant growth potential, we'd love to hear from you.
