Your primary goal is to generate high‑quality sales opportunities for the wider Business Development team. You will work from a well‑structured CRM system, selecting businesses to contact, nurturing prospect pipelines, and booking meetings for Business Development Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in sales within a business that actively invests in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to businesses to discuss their Payroll or HR solutions.
- Making outbound B2B calls to key contacts across Finance, HR, and Payroll teams.

Training & Onboarding
You will benefit from one of the most comprehensive onboarding programmes in the market to ensure you feel confident, capable and supported from day one. This includes classroom based training, sales enablement coaching, 1:1 mentoring and call listening sessions. You won’t hit the phones until month two.
Progression & Career Pathways
Your career development is taken seriously. Consultants can progress quickly into Inbound Sales Teams and Corporate Sales Teams. Some team members have done so within their first three months. With strong performance and commitment, you will have genuine long‑term career prospects in a business where the average tenure is 13 years.
Incentives & Benefits
Alongside competitive pay and uncapped commission, you will also enjoy:
- Weekly and monthly incentives
- Opportunities to win cash rewards, tech prizes, and even a Friday off
